I don't worry much about all this, for the simple reason, is that I can't do anything about it. I try to vote right, but I don't count on the government doing anything but taking.
I don't worry about who Walmart, or Target is, or isn't supporting, and if I disagree with sumthin locally, I stay away from it unless it affects me or my family.
There's a big rancher here that for some reason wanted to be my buddy. I've never had, or wanted a runnin buddy, but I decided I'd give it a try. I'll admit that he tried a lot harder than I did, but the more I saw of him and his family, the less I liked.
I found him to be a thief, a liar, and a womanizer, and I won't put up with that. He was respectful around my family because I let him know that it was required, but at restaurants, and sale barns I sometimes walked off.
He considered himself and his family immune to consequences (big ranch money) of bad behavior, but I finally told him, and his vulgar mouthed daughter to hit the proverbial road.
My point is: I personally can't do anything about anyone this thread is discussing. Hell, I can't control the knuckleheads in my own community. But I can control who I associate with.
