I have been unable to see the whole video, I have noticed most will never help another being attacked verbally or physically. I don’t believe they have a grasp of reality for one, for two and beyond I’d guess cowardly and not prepared.

I spent 21 years cleaning up someone else's mess, and fighting someone else's fights,. ONCE! in all that time, did a civilian step in and help, and sadly, it was a teenage boy helping me cuff his out of control dad.
People don't care, and it's rare that they'll get involved.

Police officers were the same way. It was organized discipline, and us against them. The average, everyday citizen has no idea what what people are capable of doing to themselves, and each other. They think they do, but they don't.

"Edited news clip videos" don't even begin to tell the reality of events they try to depic.

I watched the end of the video this morning where the piece of $h!t has walked, and the young girl is still sitting there dying, and wondering what just happened with no one helping her.The look on her face breaks my heart as I've seen that look before.
They should show that clip everyday, in every court house, prosecutors office, judges chambers, and congress.
