  Great !  Many have not lived long enough to see or hear the stories of the state run groceries of the Soviet Union..or even today's Cuba..

  Even after opening with full shelves, the market still needed $1.2 million from the city to keep going..

  It is said that legitimate grocery stores make only 1.5% to 2.0%, making their profit by volume..but they must be very efficient, and have an honest customer base.
