The leaders of many European countries are peeved at Ursula Van Der Leyen (pres of the EU) or how she "caved".. They fail to mention that she was caught between "a rock and a hard place" ..and they would not have done any better !
..But they have not had to deal with with the man who wrote the book on, "THE ART of the DEAL".
