Americans pay into that with our tax dollars. And after the last 4+ years, with the dismal response they have given hurricane and fire disasters, are they really doing their job any way? The Amish are still helping out in North Carolina. Private charity's are doing a much better job hauling in food and helping with cleanup. Maybe Trump should shut down that organization too!!
