Schumer Blaming Trump for Texas Flood Victims Loss

Democratic Dumbass Chuck Schumer is demanding an investigation into whether Trumps' governmental cutbacks to the National Weather Service caused the mass casualties in the Kerrville Texas flood. He thinks the Texas offices were short staffed causing adequate warnings not to be issued in time.
Trying to make political hay on a disaster on this scale should be against the law, and is an all time low even for democrats.
