Well, I really believed Musk had his sh!+ together, but it seems his butt hurt temper tantrum is continuing on into simple disruption. He might just be the next Ross Perot. The South African has become DISRUPTER

He wants to organize "The America Party".

Just what America needs. Another political party.

I think he needs to concentrate on his business. Tesla is slowly sinking, SpaceX hasn't had a successful launch for its Mars project, its Starlink business in Bastrop is behind schedule, and He is worried about Trump ? Always thought his girlfriends were kinda weird and him trying to populate the world ? All you have to do is look at his cyber truck and scratch your head trying to figure out what it is. Yea he needs to stay out of politics.

Thought that was pretty petty, just go back to being a billionaire and build cars and spaceships, etc. BUT, after what I seen in the headlines this morning, maybe we do need an American party. The Republicans are just as paid off as the Democrats. When Bondi and Patel come out and say, Oh, there is no Epstein list, and he really did hang himself. WHO'S paying them off!! Couple months ago, oh, we have a list and we're going to expose them. Looks like both sides are all liars, and working for deep state.

Musk is a fiscal conservative, but he is socially liberal. He is right about cutting the government spending though. However, I think it would be Ross Perot all over again, throwing Democrats in office. Musk is very much like Rand Paul as far as governing goes.

Where this goes, who knows. IF government spending is not brought under control, the US government will become like the Soviet Union and collapse. Then we will become 50 independent countries with no Social Security, Welfare, Food Stamps, military, etc. OR we will have hyperinflation to use worthless money to pay back the national debt. What has happened in the past is tax cuts usually kick started the economy to grow faster than the government spending. This is not always going to work. At some point one of the two things will happen. Musk fears the first one, collapse of the US government. The second one is like Germany after WWII, paying back the war debt with worthless money thus leading to the Great Depression version in Europe which brought in Hitler.

Trump is a spender, but knows the tax cuts and tariffs should kick the economy into high gear to bring in more money in taxes to finally offset the spending. One reason Trump is pushing so hard for interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve, which is actually ran by the banks, is he can refinance the national debt with lower interest rates so it would be easier to pay down.

Musk, the way he ran his companies when he first started, is impatient and pushes hard to get things done. Edison and Ford where like this, working long hours to get things done.

I personally think he should work within the GOP to get the right people elected in the primaries.

We certainly don't need that ! Yes, Musk is teed-off because the "beautiful, big bill" was passed without a huge reduction in expenditures. I think that likely there is some
military expenditures that are necessary, which are of such high clearance order, that neither the secretary of defense, nor the president can share.

In any case, if the Dems were allowed to pass their own "beautiful, big bill", it would be guaranteed to be much more costly..while our military would suffer serious neglect. Not only that, but much would be spent on illegals, including the usual career criminals, which they would keep importing.

I believe most of us can recall the election campaigns of 1992. GHW Bush was no big prize, but hew was running against Bill & Hillary..or was it Hillary & Bill ?

In any case, Ross Perot came up with a third party, which was just strong enough to elect the Clinton cabal..

Now, Perot was a level headed businessman, and he had some great ideas, just as Musk has some great ideas. ..But it was clear to me what a third party on the right would do....

Well..it happened, just enough folks voted for Perot, and the cabal moved into 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue..

We live in an even more dangerous time than was the case in the early 1990s, and if the same were to play out again..it could be curtains for the USA !

DeSantis of Florida is now talking with Musk trying to encourage him to primary out some of the Rino's instead, to get more fiscally conservative people on board to pull the GOP into further cuts, instead of a new party.

Yeah this is disturbing coming from the Trump administration that claims transparency. Bondi definitely said the client list was sitting on her desk. She said that in a fox news interview. Now all of a sudden there is no client list. Leavitt was asked that question in a press conference and she basically said Bondi was referring to paper work on the Epstein files. Not the client list. Yeah right, and we are to believe that. They just made a move to bury this from the public. One of my thoughts is that there are republican congressmen on that list, and because of the narrow advantage for the republicans in congress the client list is no more. I really thought that much of the corruption in the DOJ, and FBI was going to come to light under the Trump administration. Now I don't think any of it will.

After watching Christi Noem on a news cast for the Texas drowning victims I wish she would spend more time with facts instead of her makeup and eyelashes for the media.

i AGREE , floozied up she is quite sexy, but as you said, with out the make-up she is just average; now Tulsi Gabbard is just plain pretty.

I'll not pick on Kristi, since I personally find her to be quite attractive..and realistic. Realistic, because she is a rancher's daughter..and a rancher's wife.

Besides; it is that rancher's domain, and not ours, to decide whether she is attractive enough.

Now back to the Musk question.. Here's another thought...Musk may be playing anti-Trump just now, in an effort to get some of the crazies to quit attacking his cars, customer's cars, his charging stations an other industries and enterprises owned by him ! Just consider that for a bit...

I think Musk was under the illusion that he was going to be unfettered in getting rid of all the waste in the federal government. Having aspergers likely causes him to not really comprehend doing something stupid when everyone knows it's stupid to do it.
DOGE was an eye opener into how our tax dollars were, and are, being spent.
Take note that it has been well over a month since any announcements of any real significance of DOGE related spending cuts. DOGE is beginning to look more like a short term stunt.

Been on the news about Trump's "take back" of 9.4 billion from USAID and NPR, and the democraps fight against that in the Senate. Many of those things are tied up in court or by injunctions.

Not sure what sight I read this on, but, might be a better thing than Musk starting a new party. Get him to back the Convention of States that are trying to set up a COS meeting. Instead of trying to start fresh, put binders on what we have. Since running into people at gun shows handing out pamphlets, and hearing what they had to say, I'm for getting one set up. Term limits, no insider trading, no donations from NGO's, one item bills, no dual citizenship's, probably couple others I forgot. Probably go over better than splitting the the conservatives up, mostly in the Republican party.
