From A I:

Farm-fresh eggs and commercial eggs can differ in several ways, including:

Living conditions
Farm chickens may have better living conditions, such as access to natural feed sources and sunlight. Commercial chickens may be kept in confined spaces with limited freedom to roam.

Nutrition
Farm-fresh eggs may have more nutrients, including omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin E, and vitamin D. They may also have less cholesterol.

Taste
Farm-fresh eggs may have a richer flavor and may be fresher, since they are typically laid and consumed locally.

Color
Farm-fresh eggs may come in a range of colors, including brown, white, blue, or green.

Shell
Farm-fresh eggs may have stronger and thicker shells.

Glad you enjoy them… What color do your eggs come out? I’m guessing brown :)
