$5,000.00 to Baby Breeders

Fox News seems to be fascinated by the proposal of giving women $5,000.00 to have a baby. It'll enrich the family they say.
They should go to South Oakcliff/South Dallas and see how the concept has worked since LBJs "War On Poverty" in the 1960s.
These breeders have been cashin in on extra pay for extra babies for 60 years. Most of these babies only have rumors of who their baby daddy is, they have no direction, no guidance, no family structure, have never been employed, and no real future.
ANY WOMAN, yeah,  I said ANY WOMAN, that didn't intend to have a baby BEFORE getting a cash offer doesn't sound much like mother material to me.
I look back on my 75 years of life, and realize/recognize my own evolution of life in how I see things. Almost everything. Guns, trucks, what is worth it, and what isn't.
60 of these 75 years I was well aware of a stable homelife, and the aforementioned.
Commitment to what is RIGHT, is all that really matters in the end. Talk really is cheap.

Hmmmmm......by extension, isn't that solicitation of prostitution (by proxy)?  The government, (and us), are paying females to go out and have sex with any (Tom, Dick, or Harry), with the intention of bearing a child in order to collect money.
Wouldn't that fulfill the requirements for the definition of prostitution?

And to think that Julia Roberts only got $3K from Richard Gere in "Pretty Woman".

  The demographics in this country would make this a very bad idea. Trump seen what their doing in Hungary, which is a tax break for Hungarians to have children. Not paying them. And they have a lower birth rate than we do here in the states. Might work out over there, but unless there are very limited restrictions, we don't need more kids with a high school degree that can't pass 6th grade test.
