  Mexican president has sent 10,000 troops to guard the border...  Now Mexico extradites 29 cartel bosses, to face trial.

   I doubt any clearer demonstration of competence vs incompetence can be found in modern history..

   No need to deceive ourselves, it seems more likely that the encouragement of the border invasion was intentional.
