boge is a good guy. had the privilege to shoot with him a couple times and he has 2 guns that were mine. real sad day when his brother jeff died. we did about a thousand gun salute to him.

yup the quality control wasnt great on the one i owned for a sashort time or any i handled. im no fan of rugers quality control but its much better than the VD's were at the time and rugers super blackhawks were even better back then then it is today. honestly the virginia dragoons never excited me
