The revolver 1910 gas seal would have been imagined by firm NAGANT in LIEGE, this weapon rising directly from the NAGANT 1895 (Russian type).
However, it proves that this weapon would never have been patented by NAGANT.

Moreover this special NAGANT 1910 is excessively rare to meet.
In same time, the firm William GRAH made patent her 1910 on February 11, 1910.
Two patents of improvements followed soon.

It seems that GRAH lock and that of the NAGANT are rather different, the GRAH being simpler, the only similar parts being the bar and the obturator.
The weapon of William GRAH, Jonckeu dead end, 8 in Liege is officially called MODEL 1910 gas seal for the cartridge NAGANT 7,63 (3 lines Russian) or 8 mm Lebel.
The cylinder with 7 shots falls on the left. It is equipped with a star extractor and a pawl of opening in front of the barrel. The weapon is also equipped with a safety on the left side.

Gasser Monténégrin

A revolver Gasser Montenegrin gauges 11.75 to six blows of them, produced in Belgium (mark ELG with ellipse and crown).

Model: copy system Gasser MOD. 187
Calibre: 11.75 Monténégrin.
Bench of test: Liege.

Technique:

Simple and double action.
Overall length: 380 mm
Length barrel: 240 mm
Capacity charger: barrel with six holes.

Observations:

Because of a law promulgated by the King of Montenegro, all the major males of this small state were to be armed to the teeth. In the representations of the end of eight hundreds indeed, they are seen represented with at least two large guns with the belt, a rifle and a sabre.

The guns chosen by the mass were obviously of Austrian ordinance, of the Empire of which Montenegro was a component.
The lack of potentiality of the arsenals of Steyr (Vienna) and Budapest made that the Montenegrins provided they everywhere where were similar weapons.
The gun into object was produced in Belgium to restock the customers Montenegrins.
In excellent conditions of conservation and perfectly functional calculus, old specimen of collection with historical value.

The weapon presents some repairs:

- Remainders of the rod of expulsion substituted by a part of a rifle Carcano MOD. 1891.
- The door of loading has which have added an elastic spring and an artisanal disc on the axis of rotation.
- The snap ring of the rod ofexpulsion has an additional screw.
- The nut of rotation of the drum presents a welding at the height within the competence of call.

Revolver which was in equipment in the municipal police force of the town of Napoli (Naples).
After the sale with the public, one erased what was written on the handle: "Comune di Napoli" to make it "civil".

Gauge 10.4 lawful Italian, 6 blows. No indication of the manufacturer, has share the mark: "Brevetto Baston-Bodeo" referring (probably) to the system of action of the trigger developped by Mr. Bodeo (Italian, that which contributed to the project of the Italian gun of ordinance MOD. 1889, commonly known as "Bodeo")
Until in years 1930/35 there was some municipalities which gave to its municipal guards a gun for the service. Economic suitability suggested using the same cartridge as the army, which was delivered to the cost price. It is for that that 1895 up to 1940 the "civil" guns were frequently in military calibre.
