Wow that is a big coon. Didn't know they could get that big.  When I used to trap, and furs were worth something. The biggest coon I ever caught was 22lb.  Now that no one traps anymore, seems they multiply pretty fast.

Yeah that's crazy. I have watched a number of his racoon videos.  I bet nobody has a sweet corn patch around where he lives.  when we used to plant sweet corn. We had to take measures to get rid of coon, because if let go they will destroy a sweet corn patch.

I have seen exactly one coon in my life that wasn't in a zoo and that was growing up on a farm close to the eastern caprock of the south plains of Texas. I have never seen one here on the western edge but have found their tracks around the very few stock tanks off the cap in the sandhills between it and the Pecos River. I used to camp in the Mora Campground north of Pecos, NM and trout fish where the mora River runs into the Pecos and coons would regularly tear into trash bags people left out at their camp. It was always at night and since I didn't leave trash bags where they could get into them I never bothered to look when I woke up to the fuss they were making. I could hear people cussing the coons as they were picking up the mess left while I was enjoying coffee because I had no mess to bother with.

Can't tell if that's big or not.  Poor perspective.  Like the guys who pose with bears and sit 5 feet behind the bear.  Makes them all look as big as a moose.
Aim small, miss small!!!

Most likely eating nightly from
somebody's deer feeders, or
from pet food left out overnight
like in this region.
Most truly wild coons are lean
and stringy
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .
