Musk built an orbital rocket, after the Russians spat on him and made fun of him for trying to buy a rocket from them.
Musk said he was going to land the rocket. Boeing, Lockheed, and others made fun of him and said it was too expensive or he couldn't do it. He did it and now has landed his rockets and reused them over 100 times.
Musk's rocket, the Falcon 9 is now the most used rocket ever, and he launches 75% of the world's satellites, which includes all countries launching satellites.
Musk built electric cars with the longest ranges and built a charging system around the country. GM and Ford didn't do it. He showed that it could be done. He has also advocated for more drilling because he knows it takes trucks and trains to deliver goods as well as the country still has over 200 million gasoline cars and trucks on the road.
He usually does what he says he will do. He has changed his mind on things after he sees something can't be done at a reasonable cost.
He is a moderate, not a conservative or liberal. However, he don't like all the hate and woke crap and has said as such. He said the left has gone too far left. He also made a comment several years ago, that he was fiscally conservative, but socially liberal.
Hopefully he can change Twitter to be open for everyone.
