For the first time since I started seeing a dermatologist over 40 years ago I got to go a year without a checkup. I went last Monday and for the first time ever I didn't get zapped with liquid nitrogen----but he found four spots that he said looked like basal cell. They called this morning and yep, all four were so I gotta go to Lubbock tomorrow to have the first one removed. I expected him to get all four in one trip. Oh, no more year between checkup either.

Guy is batting a 1000 on me. Every one he has found was a cancer. This make 5 basal cells an 4 squemees as he calls them.

 My wife has to go for one next week. We are going to have a large gas bill before this is done with.

Have had several removed myself.

I've had several growths of one sort or another removed, so far none were cancerous.

But I have been diagnosed with leukemia, I have CLL so I'm told.

If caught quickly these things are nothing more than a PIA. Of the ones I have had removed only one has left a scar and that was because under the tiny little spot on the surface it was large. Of course it is on my nose and even if my nose still appears normal there is that little scar to look at in the mirror. The scar can be removed but I told the doctor I'm old and not chasing women anymore so I don't care about a little scar.
