Impeached? What would that accomplish?

Bill Clinton was impeached. It didn't accomplish anything. He remained in office for the rest of his term.

My understanding is that oil reserve is there in case we have to go to war. How insane is it to release it when we are at the brink of war. Maybe biden has plans for electric tanks and bombers ::)
