Shame the way things are
« on: May 29, 2022, 03:59:11 PM »
I overdid things somehow then
finished off by a couple of hours
of yardwork.
I could barely move an inch early
this AM because of my messed
up back. It's gradually going away,
but I've had to take too much OTC
medicine to get halfway mobile.
A little over a decade ago, I could
have just called the Drs office on
the phone and he'd have called
in 3 or 4 good quality opiate
pills and I'd be back in shape in
a day instead of the days it's
going to take to get to where I
can move without a jolt of
electricity through my back

Oh well.  . . .
I'm closer to the hole than I
was back then
18 MINUTES.  . . . . . .

I know exactly how you feel, my crooked spine is slowly collapsing and I have to walk bent over to help with the pain.
But on the bright side, if I have to pick up something off the floor, I’m halfway there already. :)
