Got an Email from "Guns America" Sayin  Allen West is gonna Try and Oust LaPierre  at the NRA....

Don't Know Anything about West...But Right Now when We NEED a STRONG NRA, Under LaPierre the NRA is doin Nuthin!

West is more of a Patriot than LaPierre.

Allen West got himself appointed to to the republican party chairmanship down here in Texas a while back. We found out why he got the boot in Florida.
He misused his office here in Texas, and got the boot again trying to undermine our governor so he could run.

Wouldn't be much of an improvement in my opinion.

As I've said in other posts, there is a way you get to the top in the NRA, and I'll say now, if you make it to the top you are probably not much different than LaPierre. Sad but true.

  I have been an annual member for most of my adult life..no more trhough..

  Since Cuomo launched his lying "safe New York" travesty, I have expected the NRA to jump to the courts to get it tossed, which would be an important test case for the whole country.

  ..But alas, no action so far as I can see.
