For a few days now I have been eating Bacon and Tomato sandwiches for Breakfast, Dinner , or Supper so I am splitting the difference with Dinner.
I have tomatoes now ripening profusely, and I love Bacon and Tomato sandwiches.
I have many varieties of tomatoes, so each days sandwich may be different as the tomatoes do not all taste the same.
Gotta buy more bacon, as the other half has been cutting back on the number of strips in each sandwich. :(
