Another typical weekend in the "Windy City" known as Chicago.
And marksmanship kill ratio to hits  is still "substandard at only 13% .

As of November 18th Louisville logged in 173 homicides. Don't know how many were shootings.

In Chicago over 1,000 for 2021.

Wow!  That sounds like they're in dire need of even more social workers. Better defund the police some more.

Maybe those outta of a job policemen could open up a gun range and teach'em to shoot.
Attrition would work more efficiently, and more quickly in the gangbangers dissipating the Chicago area.

22 shot, only 2 killed! This is a 9% kill ratio, which is a 4% drop from the last report.

Folks, this lack of marksmanship could be the real reason for our country's ammo shortage.
