1.5 Billion Dollar Deal For Black Rifle Coffee!
« on: November 04, 2021, 02:20:25 AM »
The concept is appealing with at least 1 owner being a 5 combat tours Army Ranger.
But some of their political alignments are not exactly appealing to supporters of the 2nd Amendment.
They distanced themselves from Rittinhouse when a photograph of him wearing one of their tshirts surfaced, assuring the public that they didn't support him.
AND, they contributed to Democrat Tulsi Gabbards' campaign.

I was unaware of Black Rifle coffee company's stance. I have bought black rifle coffee and even own one of their tee shirts. Guess I'm done with them since they seemed to have joined the hate America crowd.  Thanks for posting this Dee.  How a company that appears so American on the surface, ends up being so un-American.  I have bought my last bag of black rifle coffee, and I will burn the tee shirt.

BUSTED: Black Rifle Coffee Magazine’s Editor Donated To Biden, High Profile Employees Gave To Democrats
Black Rifle Coffee has a number of high profile employees who donated to Democrats, including their social media manager, and their magazine’s editor who gave money to Biden.

Black Rifle Coffee, the supposedly pro-America, pro-military coffee company, has come under fire in recent days for attacking their customer base. Evan Hafer and Mat Best, the CEO and Executive VP respectively, were interviewed for a ~10,000 word piece for the New York Times last week, and railed in the interview about customers who claimed they were “racist,” including the multi-racial Proud Boys organization, swearing repeatedly, and describing America First supporters as being “repugnant.” As National File reported:

    Covfefe Coffee

“The racism [expletive] really pisses me off,” Hafer said. “I hate racist, Proud Boy-ish people. Like, I’ll pay them to leave my customer base. I would gladly chop all of those people out of my [expletive] customer database and pay them to get the [expletive] out.”

Hafer even confirmed that a new coffee bag design, featuring a “Renaissance-style rendering of St. Michael the Archangel, a patron saint of military personnel, shooting a short-barreled rifle,” would now never “see the light of day,” with Hafer having apparently been told by “a friend at the Pentagon” that supposed “white supremacists” were adopting the design “because it was reminiscent of the murder of George Floyd.”

Now it has been revealed that a number of key employees at Black Rifle Coffee have donated money to Democrat organisations. FEC records, first highlighted, John Cardillo, show that Ayse Altunisik, who is in control of what the company puts on social media, and Chris Omer, the VP of IT at Black Rifle Coffee, both donated to ActBlue, a Democrat organisation, that helps Democrat candidates and leftist organisations raise money online.

Here is an article about them distancing themselves from Kyle Rittenhouse who legally defended himself with a rifle from people trying to kill him. This is not hearsay. Their is video evidence of it.

Black Rifle Coffee Wants to ‘Distance Itself’ from Kyle Rittenhouse and “Proud Boy-ish” Customers

    Renaissance Pundit
    July 17, 2021 📰 02:07

Black Rifle Coffee Company, the popular veteran-owned coffee company established in 2014, exploded in sales last year. But many of its new customers appear to be the very pro-Kyle Rittenhouse, 'Proud Boy-ish' style the group is now swearing off.

In a new interview with the New York Times, Black Rifle Coffee Company got candid about a number of subjects, including the January 6th protests, the Proud Boys, and most prominently teen Kyle Rittenhouse, who shot violent rioters during the Summer of 2020. Many right-wing voices consider the interview to be slighting.

Rittenhouse, hailed as a hero by much of the right, fatally shot two violent proponents of Marxist BLM last year as he was guarding a business against looting. The teen was charged with killing both, but thanks to an influx of donations from conservatives, he was released in November on a $2M bond.

Shortly after his release, a photo with Rittenhouse wearing a Black Rifle Coffee shirt was posted to Twitter by Elijah Schaffer, a Blaze contributor, and host of the Slightly Offensive podcast. The caption reads, “Kyle Rittenhouse drinks the best coffee in America @BlckRifleCoffee.”

Here is a screengrab:

But shortly after the tweet, Black Rifle petitioned Elijah Schaffer to delete the photo, according to the NYT. Schaffer eventually did. Once the tweet was deleted, a company executive released a video explaining, “we’re not in the business of profiting from tragedy.”

At the time, some influential conservatives were disappointed by the company’s actions, seeing the response as a slight to Rittenhouse, who many view as one of the only people willing to stand up to the BLM mob’s terror in U.S. streets.

And it was terrorism. It was burning businesses, beating elderly folks, and looting private property. In too many American cities, the government did next to nothing to stop it; countless violent criminals remain at large. But Rittenhouse stood up when most locked their doors and stayed inside.

The partially anti-Rittenhouse stance by the company, claiming to represent the right to bear, keep, and use arms in self-defense, did not go over well.

The company told the NYT that the Rittenhouse debacle cost it thousands of users.

Now, in the wake of the Capitol protest on January 6th, which also featured negative brand recognition for Black Rifle, the company is aiming to further distance itself from certain groups. Here’s what Black Rifle chief executive Evan Hafer said about the folks who were disheartened by the Rittenhouse reaction:

“It’s such a repugnant group of people … It’s like the worst of American society, and I got to flush the toilet of some of those people that kind of hijacked portions of the brand.”

Hafer also shared to the New York Times his thoughts when it comes to the ‘Proud Boy-ish’ style of customer, which came off as extremely vague and a bit elitist:

“The racism [expletive] really pisses me off … I hate racist, Proud Boy-ish people. Like, I’ll pay them to leave my customer base. I would gladly chop all of those people out of my [expletive] customer database and pay them to get the [expletive] out.”

Hafer appears to be buying right into the New York Times’ view that ‘Proud Boy-ish’ kinds of people — many of them Black Rifle customers — are inherently racist.

Of course none of us conservatives like racists. The small groups of right-wingers who ARE racist make it tougher for our message to succeed and thrive.

But these kinds of statements won’t help anyone… and many conservatives, including Mike Cernovich, have taken to Twitter to share that view:

Wow! You found more than I did.

This just goes to show that military service doesn't always equate to patriotism.
TeamNelson pointed out Texas Congressman, and former Navy Seal Dan Crenshaws voting record and I was shocked. He ran on his service, then sold us out.

They really didn't talk about the company distancing themselves from Rittenhouse. All they basically said was they support a right to defend yourself, and how they carry guns.  BRCC said they are not getting involved in Kyle's case because they don't want to profit off of tragedy. Yet in 2020 they supported and profited off a Marine that was in a self defense shooting situation in a strip club parking lot.  All they needed to say is that we want to thank Mr. Rittenhouse for supporting our company.  All they did in the interview was beat around the bush, and state how they carry guns and support veterans.
They also didn't talk about the donations to Actblue. They take patriots money, and donated it to anti gun, anti American democrats.

Steven Crowder who runs a very conservative talk youtube channel, called Louder with Crowder,  was sponsored by BRCC. He always had a BRC mug on his desk. That coffee mug has not been on his desk, and I have not seen him with the BRC tee shirt on. and it appears that he has dropped BRCC as a sponsor.
I completely understand that the NYT's is a Marxist organization, and I know how they twist a story with words. So I don't care what they said or did. Its about what BRCC has done.  My question is, why did they ever agree to talk to the NYT's in the first place? they are acting like the NYT snuck into their room and held them at gun point to do the article.  They agreed to do the article, they even retweeted it with no challenges to any misquotes, or corrections. So they promoted it. They were doing nothing but trying to expand their customer base, and it backfired on them.
It sounds like damage control now coming from from the two co-founders of BRC.  I don't care what they say now, its what they did. For that reason I'm done with buying anything from that company.

Well, in all fairness, one of'em said after watching the video of the Rittinhouse incident  that it appeared to him that Rittinhouse was defending himself against an attack, and he felt like Rittinhouse had the right of self defense.

I'm still not clear on the explanation for their liberal donations.

He lost a bet (shooting match), the penalty was that he had to wear a vote biden shirt and donate to the campaign.

Ok, so I did understand that correctly. His ego either got the best of him, or he donated and got caught, and now hes lying.
The tshirt I believe, the donation to an anti American organization is BS. Theres never a good explanation for that kinda BS.

The interviewer, I believe her name is Dana, stated "As a mom I'm not going to allow my under age child who can't even sign a legal document cross a state line to defend a store" Not sure if she was trying to stage an argument for Rittenhouse being in Kenosha, but she certainly could have been. Pryor to her comment. She said she will argue this with anyone.
Well Rittenhouse didn't cross a state line to defend a store, as she insinuated to viewers. Kyle was working that day in Kenosha as a community lifeguard. After work he wanted to help clean up some of the damage done by rioters in the town he worked at. So him and a friend went to a public school to remove graffiti done by the rioters.  Later they received information about a local business owners call for help whos auto dealership was destroyed by rioters. His call for help was to defend what was left of his lifes work and two nearby mechanics shops. That is when Kyle and a friend armed themselves and went to help the business owner.
I wish people like her would get their facts straight before they go making statements like she did.  I'm sure she was repeating a lie she heard from the media. Like the lie that the firearm Kyle used crossed state lines also, which it never did.

What you just posted is what was released very shortly after the incident, and I believe is accurate.
I also heard that the FBI had either a helicopter, or drone, over the area and out of the blue JUST RELEASED it to the court presently trying Rittinhouse, and it clearly vindicates Rittinhouse.

Not entirely accurate, but close.  The FBI had a fixed wing, probably a drone, above the first shooting site, and probably other untold places too.  They withheld, so they said, the footage until recently, but by then the hi-res footage was deleted, yea right, and it has now been edited and annotated with identification of the two primaries, though I am sure they know the identities of most in the immediate area.

I saw the video, and it does vindicate Kyle. They do know the identities of the people in the FBI video based on the other video footage from the ground.  Question is why was the FBI withholding the video, and why was it just presented to the prosecution team? In the prosecuting attorneys opening statement he mentioned the FBI video and was going to show it. Somehow thinking it would show Kyle chasing the serial child rapist who he shot first. Which the video didn't show at all. Don't know. Maybe it was given to the defense also.

My youngest has been following the trial, and says the prosecution team sucks.
He says this new released video clearly shows Rittinhouse as the victim.

Here again, as with the Covid thing, there are conflicting stories from all sides..complete with hyperbole.

I don't know the basic truth of this charge against the black Riflr Co., but I won't go on Fake News reports either.

Keep in mind, Alan Dershowitz is taking CNN to court, suing for $ 300,000,000..He says that CNN edited his interview, editing out enough of what he said to make it look like he said exactly the opposite!

    https://lawandcrime.com/first-amendment/alan-dershowitz-secures-major-procedural-victory-against-cnn-in-defamation-lawsuit/

Sorry, I'll have to see it somewhere else.  I don't trust the Main Stream Media..not one little bit !

If you don't want the truth, don't ask me.  If you want something sugar coated...go eat a donut !  (anon)
