Thanks Gene, that is appreciated.  Although she and my son live next door, I haven't been over to visit since then.
I'm getting info since then ..over the phone !

If she doesn't have other health issues, her chances of recovery are excellent. Prayers sent.

I picked up some Ivermectin the morning after she was diagnosed.  I just talked to her by phone, she is quite tired and has a scratchy voice.

Thanks for the prayers..  I don't believe she has any other problems, since she is at ideal weight, and pursues
     holistic living and health practices.

My son insists on the quarantine observance, which includes myself..so I only contact by phone.

Sure. I'm vaxed, but now days I don't believe anything the government says, so I willingly keep my distance.

Here's a photo of my son & DIL on their wedding day..20+ years ago.  She has not gained a pound, and is in good health otherwise, so I am optimistic.

  Your prayers are still appreciated.

Well, it doesn't appear as if she were eating much at all.  ;D  My son called..she was hungry for 2 things..those ready made Jello cups, or bananas.
I have no Jello cups..but I toted a couple bananas right on over..

So, if you don't hear from me over the next few days..assume I goit it too!  If you don't hear from me again...well...

It's a bugger to shake once gotten. I know from 1st hand experience. I am still exhausted only 3 weeks out of the hospital and still on supplemental oxygen. Lungs are tough customers to bring back on line after viral and bacterial pneumonia, which is Covid. Good luck to you and yours as well as our prayers for their swift recovery.

Prayers out you to your son and DIL, hopefully quick recovery.  Found out my son has it as well, but won't clog this topic with details.

It appears Brenda is being hit rather hard by the Covid.  My son says she has not changed greatly in the last 2-3 days.  He was hoping she would be clearing by now, but not so yet.
My son has lost his taste, but so far that seems to be it !

Please keep both in prayer..especially Brenda.  Thanks, guys !

Yes, I've heard that is the treatment you should get if you are on the down slope.   I've heard from several people that have the antibodies treatment and recovered remarkably quickly.

IG.....
My young friend's mother, in her 70's, was Moderna vaxxed in the Spring and got a bad case of Covid a few weeks ago. Healthcare came to her home in RI and IV infused her with monoclonal antibodies for a few hours, which rapidly reversed the course of the disease.
Just to let you know that's available, hopefully at home and to keep you out of hospitals. Probably takes some advanced planning to have ready this treatment.... I think insurance covers it.
.
.

Neither Brenda or my son got the vax..they didn't want it.   Brenda is coming along better today, while my son
so far, only has lost his taste, so far.   Who knows?  ...Other than God, that is !

  Thanks for your prayers guys...

Okay good......sounds like their innate natural immune systems are working as designed. How are you doing?
Btw, the interesting thing about monoclonal antibodies is it's a blood product, collected only from donors who are unvaxxed and recovered from C-19. So, since your son and DIL are unvaxxed they could be donors of this valuable blood product.
.
.

No doubt, they have gotten their immunity the best wan most effective way. I am glad for them.....And again, thanks guys.
