I was reading the story about this mutual combat deal and it sounded more like it was self defense. One gang went and was shooting up the house of another gang and the people in the house fired back killing one of the attackers. I would have understood it better if the attackers were charged, but no one was charged. Maybe Chiraq needs to set aside an area for mutual combat, I would love to watch it on tv.

That's is something that would sell advertising on TV. The biggest cost other than innocent bystanders, is hospital bills caused by substandard marksmanship. This is a huge burden on the taxpayers.
