Speedloaders for Taurus
« on: March 08, 2004, 08:16:37 AM »
Does anyone know if a speedloader for the S&W 686+ seven shot will fit a Taurus Model 66?  If not, are there any speedloaders available for the Taurus?  Thanks in advance for any help.

Noboby makes one for the taurus, I have a 7 shot model 607 and I have been meaning to try that out myself. If I can remember to pick one up, I will let you know the results.

Checkout the model 10A from HKS Speedloaders.  I think that is what you are looking for.

TK custom at www.moonclips.com makes moon clips for the Taurus revolvers. That maybe another option.

Well now, I stand corrected. HKS does NOW offer a 7 shot speed loader for the model 66.
It is not the model 10a (that is for a 6 shooter)
It is the model   587a  :D

Yes, the 7 shot HKS speed loader made for the S&W is also for use in the 7shot Taurus. I have 4 of them for my Titanium .357.
Remember the Taurus revolvers are just cheaper imitations of the S&W's anyway.
