Sad, the lady is quite obviously a great runner.  But as Joe says, "rules are rules".  Those who would wish the rules broken, say there was not enough dope in her to affect anything.

  That is what was said  horse in the Derby, which has been stripped of it's crown.  From what I understand the brains of the pair (the trainer) has also been punished.

  Other US athletes have been banned for drug use also.  The rules are there for a reason.

  BTW: the headlines.. The Biden family finances and income should be investigated, but that is a different story, for another time.

i dont agree. Its political bs. He says in one speech pot should be legal and sold at the corner store. then he says an athlete that sure isnt getting and competitive advantage with it should have there dreams taken away for a couple tokes. How hypocritical can he be. I agree the PERFORMANCE ENHANCING drugs should be banned and possession of non prescribed steroids is a crime for anyone. ME? id like to see possession of pot made illegal. We dont need another drug to screw up our kids made more easy to get and like alcohol keep this country in a stooper. But i wont win that one because conservative americans have about handed that one to the liberals and my opinion is probably in the minority. But if its as legal as asprin or cold meds it sure shouldnt be ok for a teacher to go home and smoke and come the next day to teach my kids if its not for an athlete to smoke the night before she runs a race.
