Yes they are, and many staffers are incompetent boobs working for minimum wage, and still overpaid.
They use LVN's, in the short time I worked in one as a retired maintenance man I never saw a real RN.
Living conditions in that place were horrible, I couldn't take it for more than 30 days.
Went back to Cummings /Onan for awhile but they wanted to put me in another field truck. Now Xcel energy on the night shift at a sub station. Much better.
