This is long but if you read it lays bare the attitudes of those who make, or made the coffee industry what it is.

Way back when there was a magazine dedicated to coffees, thirty plus years ago, I first started to see how far from a simple morning  drink the coffee world was.
Yet this really opened my eyes.
