made a 150 lbs of summer sausage and 50lbs of snack sticks so far this year. Ive got about a 150lbs of scrap left and had the wife pick up 30lbs of cheap fatty 80/20 burger yesterday. So tomorrow i make a 180lbs of venison burger. told the wife thats it for this year. If i get a deer with the bow or rifle in normal deer season im giving it away. At least the burger i keep. I probably give away over half the sausage and sticks to friends and family.
