I, also, have developing lung/heart problems (among other things...just finished nine weeks of radiation therapy for the prostate last week.)
About rights....not gonna tell anyone not to do what their conscience tells them is the right thing for them and others. Refer back (google works) to Jacobsen vs. Masachusetts (1905) about requiring smallpox vaccinations. Never been overruled.
Requiring seatbelts. Shopping...”no shirt, no shoes, no service”. Similar stuff.
Maybe this will end up going to court. As of right now, regardless of “Chatty Kathy”, there is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that says that the Government abrogates its responsibility to protect the health of the public.

About that video link....what came up was a lawyer telling us not to wear masks.....no reference to any rights issues.
I have a number of problems with what she says....on the one hand she says that masks are too porous to prevent the passage of the virus.(note that masks are not supposed to prevent passage of the virus.) Then, on the other hand, she says that masks are too restrictive to let air pass effectively. Truthfully, I do breath easier without a mask on. I wear one when I am around others, otherwise not.
I have shortness of breath and would much prefer not to be wearing the thing. It has not seemed to affect my O2 levels. I have one of those fingertip O2 meters. I use it regularly. My O2 level, even after riding a bike with a mask on, has never been below 94%. Anecdotal, I know, but then so are hers.
