Just a few years ago there was some bad dope on the streets in LOU KY and the police offered to test the dopers dope to make sure if it was safe for them to illegally use. More than a few were dopey enough to take their illegal dope to the cops. I found it amusing. There were several bros on tv complaining that the cops stole their dope. CHARLIE.
