like so many these days do ?
if was in the article, i missed it.
we just had one here where a man with previous DWI's
ran over an elderly woman on the sidewalk and killed her.
unfortunately. there is only the charge of intoxication
manslaughter to lay on him.
that need to be done away with and changed to capital murder.
i've yet to see anybody accidentally drunk or high.
also never seen anyone playing with their cell phone under duress.
