the do-rights already shut down the
most of the rowdiness when they
started shooting in the air after i wrote that.
we had a nice helio-copter and some nice loud
poe-leece syreens. the lady said some other
folks had already called it in.
if i were to bust a round, they would send out
swat, and throw the book at me.
i figured out a while back that they don't bother
with the folks that don't have any property of
value that can be seized and auctioned. upon checking
tax records for some of these houses around here,
there are some that are worth less than the ground
they sit on. most are section eight. the five in-a-row
directly east are for sure. they had their loud a$$
party last weekend.
hopefully, we'll get some more thunder and lightning
here in just a bit so these dingbats will have to
go inside. the last time they got called in on, the
poor cop had climbed to the top of the tall wooden
fence and was screaming to turn it down. it was so loud,
they couldn't hear him and he had to pull his car up
in the yard next to the fence and turn on the siren
and lights full bore to get their attention.

years ago, if i had heard someone scream like that,

when i worked a second shift, i'd pulled
up in the drive and was walking toward my porch and
the pot smell was so thick, i liked to have
fell over. they were sitting at a small patio
table in the "dark" burning one down.

the revelers got serenaded at 06:59 this
morning with a nice rendition of high r.p.m.
briggs and stratton's 1st symphony followed
by a medley of black and decker clippers
greatest hits. after a very short intermission,
the gratis concert was closed by a nice
hour of leaf blower music. funny thing, i was
through with the blower in about 15 minutes,
but i guess me daydreaming and all, it somehow
stretched into over an hours worth of blower work.
i'm just speculating and don't know for sure, but some
of the guests of the all-nighter were not appreciative
of my early morning music fest and decided
to load their pounding heads and go to their
own homes.


my now departed good friend had a good solution
for a similar situation. he had a really nice 590 cid
stroker drag camaro that always seemed to need
the timing checked early in the morning after his neighbor's
all nighters

Can we say, Staffing Agency's? Anymore these people are not coming here by swimming the
Rio Grand. Its all dryed up anyway due to irrigation.
Shady Staffing Agency's are the new Coyotes, they do all the paperwork then get these people up
here to work for their clients on contracts for ridiculously low wages.
Every company that joins in with this should be shut down, fined, and thier assets sold off to pay
back the taxpayer who is footing this bill.
We see this all the time and argue all you want it is the Staffing Agency's doing this.
And Mitt Romney was all for it saying it would give these people an opportunity.
Duhhh, what about the operatunity this is taking away from real Americans?
You wouldn't think I'm full of crap if it were happening to you. Where you couldn't find a job unless
your a Mexican willing to work for cash under the table. While by the way they are also on welfair.
Oh they show minimum wage on the books but they all need a big fat audit we get people who were
making seven bucks an hour and living in squalor. Minimum wage in this county is $9.50 an hour
but you will be hard pressed to see a staffing agency paying that so who really is getting the excess
after people are paid? 

No wonder some states are consitering making staffing agency's illegal. Low life sweat shops is all
they are.

it's a terrible dastardly shame that i can't get
any help regarding these border jumpers.
the lady on the other end of the phone makes
excuses for them such as "well sir, maybe they
work at night" to which i say " ma'am, if they
truly worked at night, wouldn't they be away from
home at their jobs?" and then " well maybe their
on their day off"  then "well ma'am isn't the legal
hours for loud noise 7 am through 10pm regardless?"
no dice with those folks. i fully understand the
cops have more important calls like all the
robberies and carjackings and assaults and
the like that are all too common here.
if i complain any further than that, i'm branded
a racist.


i guess they've already forgotten how those
drug and drink swollen heads were spinning
from yours truly doing legal yard maintenance
during legal hours.  oh well. . . .
