Too Little, Too Late
« on: April 15, 2013, 03:32:25 PM »

What do you expect, when you give gun grabbers A ratings and support them in their run for office over good people who truly believe in the Second Amendment. This is a good example of what happens when you compromise with despot criminals. You cannot give these people an inch! Will the NRA ever wake up and realize this, or are they a part of this agenda? I gave up making excuses for them years ago. It's all about the walk..............Not the talk.

the right/left yardstick is a French Revolution-born human measure. It reflects the political spectrum, which is determined by the people’s range of beliefs. Christians, however (and everyone, in fact), should make Truth their yardstick. This inerrant guide doesn’t compromise and build consensus, either; it’s not a politician. It dictates where reality lies. And in a civilization claiming 2+2=5, it’s with the “extremist” who insists it’s 4. For God’s realism so often is man’s radicalism.

I live in NY, we have had back ground checks for a long time on purchase from Gun shops and internet and also out of state purchase. Private sales have not had the check. I don't mind the check, just like most of you I don't want some people to have guns, criminals and mental ill. But I also don't like the back ground check because I know that it is not erased or deleted when finished. I am sure it is saved some were. First registration then confiscation.  That is what Dictators do.

Tom when you buy a gun from most ffl dearlers the cost of the NICS is included in the price, and when you give the weapon to a family member or sell to a friend their is no NICS, but with the new Law their will be a NICS check and you can bet their will be a charge for it.  Just some other way to bleed the legal gun owner.  Jim
