Franklin Graham Endorses Universal Background Checks

Just received this alert! Chuck Baldwin has some harsh words for Franklin Graham....Son of Billy Graham.
Graham and several other religious leaders have endorsed universal background checks of American gun owners.

Well I wonder why first of all! Could it be that he just doesn't have a clue, or is it that he thinks its no big deal and he doesn't think it has ramifications for the second amendment. The article states that "the blood of Hitlers victims flows to the doorsteps of Germany's churches". maybe it wood be a Good time to take a vow of silence.

Well yea! If all he has to offer is words of encouragement to the enemy's of a free society. I think Baldwin is on to something. Our church leaders today are about as Christ like as our leaders in Government. Pretty sad state we are in, when we can't even depend on our Christian leaders for support.

 Listen, these are all, for the most part, good men, but they just don't have a clue is all. I doubt any of them hunt, shoot, or if they do have a gun, its the token "handgun in the nightstand" and a shotgun. As a Minister I have found that its best to stick to what one knows (Ministry/Supporting the Constitution ) and not speak out as "a representative" of the Christian Leadership. But hey, no one in the media would ever classify me as " a Leading Leader", ha. Unfortunately, the media will take their support of something like this as "Gospel truth", and really play it up and ignore or declare as being  "out of touch with society" these same men's stand against abortion, same sex marriage, etc. Don't think they speak for me on this gun issue, at least, I never gave them that right! lol As an old man once said about Preachers who overstate their opinions, "His mouth ain't no Prayer Book"! They are just men who don't have a clue on this particular subject is all. ;)

Mr. Grahm should have got a better education from his Dad. Sadly he is repeating the mistakes of the past church leaders in Germany. He apparently does not have the balls regarding separation of church and state. When ministers get involved with politics they always are a loser.

Somebody should remind Franklin that the first amendment is wholly supported by the second....they will fall together...

methinks that we're going to have "Universal background checks" shoved down our collective throats whether we like it or not, and whether, or not, it's endorsed by the Rev Franklin Graham.
