From what I have seen of their shooting skills at our local IWLA range which they use from time to time to train they need practice.
Lots and lots of practice!!!
A few of us have gone as far as to tell they straight out that if they ever come after us we hope that they are the ones that come because you all can't shoot worth a darn!

They got to burn that 1.6 billion rounds of ammo some how, but those blanks don't help much. Guess they will have to use the real stuff on US CITIZENS to git rid of it.

  Tom I've little doubt those 1.6 billion rounds arn't all just intended for practice and Longtom I agree, the tsa/DHS types are scary looking in their combat gear but on an individual basis I've been surprised upon meeting a few, and observing a few, to see they were of a rentacop persona, older guys who didn't strike me as being prior LE or even military, based on the way they handled themselves and based on their conversations. These were regular joes who just didn't display the dignity their appearance would dictate. now no doubt there's many exceptions to every situation but based on my observations, they weren't guys i'd want with me in a serious engagement. I've never seen them shoot, but if they're just now learning, and with blanks on zombies at that,  then maybe all those 1.6 billion round REALLY ARE for training

  Notice the "rogue zombie" police officer and the soldier, further evidence of desensitizing those involved to the idea of having to take down friendlies who don't co-op. Check out also the guys in combat gear, no battle hardened steely eyed soldiers in sight.  J

Where do you get that many hungry acdtors?  It is pretty sure that the ammo buildup, asking military about firing on americans, and the restrictions are all meant for something, and it ain't alquaida coming down the street.
