Why liberals use this site

I gave up on this thread due to the about the last 22 posts or so. Most of you here are hopeless. Start your own damn threads if you want to debate the differences between conservatives and liberals ,etc.

    Should I have expected that you would remain completely silent...or better yet, handed out compliments to the conservative point of view ?

Somehow they end up about Muslims,Jews,gun control,abortion,racism,etc.,etc. Kinda like the game where in a circle of people,someone starts with a whisper, and by the time it gets back to the original person, it's a totally different subject. I don't think that a person can label themselves as a totally conservative or liberal individual. Most all of us have different views on all subjects, and what one persons view might be considered liberal on one idea, might have a more conservative view on another. Just the way it is. gypsyman

I agree and If your viewpoint is middle of the road than a Liberal will label you a conservative and a conservative will label you a liberal.

Well, any group, the conversation usually runs that gamut that you outlined above.
I'm conservative enough that Kimber45 just put me on ignore.  I guess he couldn't justify his extreme leftist viewpoints.  oh well, he's not my favorite liberal here anyway.  he's too easy.

I tried to be nice and explain to guzzi that his momma was safe from drug testing, but apparently you can't be nice to a liberal because he wouldn't accept my explanation, and I have the real world experience to know. (my wifes mother)   I'm so hurt.

Thanks Powder - I have shot Every species of the deer family found in North America, except elk and blacktail deer. I used a paintball gun to do it- Does that count ? I have some great pictures of a tie dyed Caribou along with a spotted whitetail .

Back to the original question, it's because the republican party is dead and there is no pretense of conservatism where it matters anymore. There are a lot of new liberals now because it makes no sense to be aligned with a non existent party or set of principles.
