Don't know if you are checking GBO or not. Hope you made it to Florida. I'm sitting in my Florida room listening to the Sandhills flying over and was thinking about you and Fairbanks. A fellow stopped me yesterday at Burger King and was telling me he was stationed in Fairbanks in 1955 & 56. He saw my Alaska plates and wanted to talk about Alaska.
My kids in Anchorage are cold and its 65 here in citrus county this morning. My friend in NM reports 9 deg last night. I feel blessed and I hope your bones are not aching. And you too are warm. If it was a little warmer I'd go for a swim. But my blood is thinning already. And the pool water feels cold to me.
