Son Greg picked up this used Handi at a little gun shop in the U.P. just before it closed for good, I think he did well! He checked to see it was Gardner era, guess he's been listening...
Added a Bushnell Banner 3-9x40 scope and inexpesive bi-pod, not bad for a poor college kid....
He was having trouble getting the right cheek-weld with the varmint stock, so I gave him another stock-set to try. He's REALLY happy with it now, can't say as I blame him! Probably won't get that stock-set back, and that's fine, here's a pic now:
He's very busy with college classes right now, itching to get some shooting in!! I'm a proud dad too...
