How accurate is the 45/410 Survivor?
« on: December 13, 2012, 05:06:12 AM »
Local dealer has a nearly new 45/410 Survivor for a good price- $175. The thing is the guy that bought it new brought it back because he said it wasn't accurate enough. I assume he meant when shooting 45's. I looked it over yesterday and it looks great but don't want to spend money on it if it won't shoot. Anybody have one that can tell me about them?
I have more guns than I need, but not as many as I want.

Thanks Tim. I looked for a search function before I posted but didn't see it even though it was right in front of me.

They can be very accurate if you set them up right. First thing to do is put some sights or a scope on it... that'll work wonders without doing anything else to it. If you want to take some time to work up a good load you'll be amazed at how good it'll shoot for you. Talk to Gendoc about his tractor guns. ;)
