They will just keep poking and prodding until they awaken a different kind of sleeping giant.

From the article..explaining the new law; whereas the president... with no other authority, backing or reason, can arrest anyone at any time:
'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''

  "
For now, however, the NDAA 2013 is almost law, and the president’s power to send troops to arrest Americans living in America remains intact and unabridged. That is rightfully terrifying to constitutionalists, journalists, and any other American who fears being kidnapped by the military and indefinitely detained.
Yes, the Feinstein-Lee Amendment explicitly guarantees the right of a trial by jury to American citizens, but it also explicitly authorizes the president to indefinitely detain them, a substantial step beyond even last year’s NDAA and the Authority for the Use of Military Force (AUMF), upon which it builds"

is it really surprising?

this country was forewarned when obama was elected to the senate by Chicago

even obama himself warned: "We live in the greatest country on earth...now...come help me change it..." and..."I want to, fundamentally, change America..." and..."It's all about social justice..."...calling republicans "The enemy, they must be punished!"...saying "Make your vote, your revenge..."

Karl Marx has been re-incarnated and has opened the door once again...helllllllllooooooooooooooooooo...any one conscious out there?

What am I missing here? Where was the outrage when the Patriot Act was implemented?
Where was the outrage when Bush 1 said welcome to the New World Order?

Did the Criminal In Chief....Obama hold a loaded gun to every Republicans head and say, vote for this or die? The House basically voted to suspend our rights to due process, the right of Habeas corpus, the right to a trial by a jury of our peers, and made everyone an enemy of the state, if they deem necessary. The war on terrorism is an open-ended war with civil liberties now being denied by (Congress) Both sides! using “national security.” as an excuse.

What is it going to take America? The ENEMY is BOTH the Republican and Democrat Parties in DC.
Freedom Of Speech.....Once we lose it, every other freedom will follow.

Actually there was some outrage when the Patriot act was implemented but this was overcome by the lamestream media. I agree neither side of the isle has any good points.
