Remington 180gr HP for the maxi?
« on: September 30, 2012, 03:50:21 PM »
Has anyone tested the remington 180 HP?  Does it hold together better/worse than the XTP's?  I bought a box of Precision maufactured, loaded with these just to try.

Its passable on deer if you watch your shots. Its got allot of exposed lead unsupported by a jacket. The XTP is better, but it will work if its what you got. I know I have shot atleast one deer with it and it worked.  ;)
