The Pencil Test
« on: July 02, 2012, 07:05:28 AM »
I don’t know how many of you guys are aware of the “Pencil Test” method to determine the hardness of lead alloy.  I was recently introduced to the technique and just added the details to an article I wrote some time ago titled Evaluations & Recommendations for Lead-Alloy Hardness Testers.  For more information on the Pencil Test and lead-alloy hardness testers go to http://www.texas-mac.com/Evaluations_and_Recommendations_for_Lead-Alloy_Hardness_Testers.html.  While there, check out the other articles and stuff on my web site.

Link doesn't work, sorry.
The story of David & Goliath only demonstrates the superiority of ballistic projectiles over hand weapons, poor old Goliath never had a chance.
