.35 Remington Rimmed

Could a .35 Remington barrel be rechambered to .35 Remington rimmed?

Dont need to be rechambered.  Just add the rim cut,  I have a hand driven couterbore tool that will do that.  Rimmed 35 Rem cases can be formed on 30-40 Krag or 303 British brass , once thru the die and trim off excess neck.

Properly corrected/adjusted extractor should still allow factory 35 Remington ammo to be used in a pinch too!  ;)

....or is the 35Rem brass ok in a Handi?

35 Rem brass works fine at higher pressures, been there done it, safe only in stronger actions such as the Handi of course.  ;)

Just a thought , how about re-chambering to 356 Win and use factory brass? The 356 could be loaded down to the lower velocity of 35 rem  or loaded to factory specs that equal exceed the 35 Rem Super loads.
