I own Sakos and can tell you that I am very pleased with them. I have ordered a Kimber 8400 Montana (stainless synthetic), but I have not received it yet. As such, I can't give you a super accurate response.
I would imagine that the Kimber won't have, generally speaking, the same accuracy as the Sako because, in part, the Kimber is lighter, which is generally not conducive to accuracy.
However, it all depends on your hunting. Do you need, or do you really want, a lighter rifle. If yes, then get the Kimber. If you don't mind the standard average weight, then get the Sako.
