I looked and never saw it posted so I thought I may drop a word. I ordered a brand new tikka t3 in 243 stainless synthetic from walmart for 459.00$ before tax took aprox 5 days to get it in. love the gun cant beat the price. You must ask the sporting goods clerk and they will pull a fat book out from under the desk that you order out of. hope I helped

I knew they would special order. I picked up a Tikka T3 lite .270 that somebody else ordered and didn't take. I got it for $408. I might order another one. Will they order the hunter model, or just the lite model?

For some reason Wal-Mart doesn't offer all of the calibers available. I am going to purchase a SS Tikka T3 in 7mm-08, but Walley World doesn't have that caliber available. Good Prices though.

PaPete, Walmart gets their guns from Sports South. Look them up on the net. Then you can search availability at Sport Souths site. Wally can order you one from them. Good Luck, Larry

Hey Bobcat hunter what condition was your rifle in? I was told that the rifles that walmart get's have blemish's in them. But you got a great price. :wink:

thanks larry. when I went to pick it up it had never been opened. bolt was in platic wraper never been opened and paper work complete if there was a blem i didnt no see it i would by another from them thats for sure thanks for replys

$459 for a stainless synthetic tikka seems like an excellent price, did you notice what the prices were for just the synthetic blued version of the tikka? I noticed that wally world has the howa 1500 lightning synthetic stainless for $404. From looking at the sport south webpage it looks like they aren't in stock with them either, so it may be awhile b4 one could get one.
