700 price check please

I have here a 1 owner 700 mountain DM 270win.,walnut stock with a couple hunting scratches in finish of the butt,no gouges,been fired no more than 50 times. Metal is all very good,cleanTrying to sell for my brother and need a starting point. It's a very good shooter. Thanks
