I'm happy with my stainless 93, and fine with it being a boltie. If I'm shooting the more expensive .22 mag, I'd rather take my time for each shot anyway... if I'm walking rounds into a running hare, the 10/22 would be a better choice anyway.
While I've never used the .22 mag cylinder on my li'l Rough Rider, I do want to wring it out and carry it when I'm out in the field with the Savage.
