i was wondering if anyone could help me out with the value of a firearm, my grandfather has a winchester model 54 in 220 swift serial # 490xx produced in 1935. i understand that this is the year they inroduced the 220 swift caliber and in 1936 they switched to the model 70, gun has 100% original finish and bluing original sights with windage and elevation a few minor scratches on stock from being stored in closet and has never been fired. i am not insterested in selling the gun just an approximate value of it
