Encore stock
« on: January 14, 2012, 06:08:12 PM »
Just got my new stock finished, It's a Gunstock Inc. fiddleback maple. Hand rubbed finished with Linspeed. It's on a Pro Hunter frame and a 26" 223 barrel and 6X24 Contender scope. New on here, just thought I'd share.

Welcome to the forum Iceman, that is one fine lookin set of stocks yu got there. It almost looks like fiddle back walnut, did you stain the maple to darken it up?

I had it made quite a while ago, and by the time I got around to finishing it it had darkened up alot.
