Bought a CZ in September and have never had worse customer service. The gun, quite literally, doesn't shoot straight. The barrel is mounted badly on the reciever. Since the barrel itself is straight, the sights line up (both mounted on the barrel), they just don't line up with the reciever. They told me it was my problem and refused to fix it. Couldn't believe it. I got madder and madder as I worked my way up to the manager. He told me, simply, their policy is that if they can get it on paper with a scope, it's not broken. That it was crooked enough it wouldn't sight in with a receiver mounted peep is my problem. Make sure you get a sight system with a lot of travel, apparently.
Also, they refused to let me drop my gun off, even though the repair facility is minutes from my office. Instead I had to return it to the dealer, who lives farther away, so that he could ship it...
If I worked really hard I couldn't come up with something nice to say about CZ at this point. I'm through. There are companies out there that care about the quality of the product they make and the quality of the people they hire. CZ does not.
